Off-cycle payrolls can be processed outside the regular payroll schedule to address specific situations, such as payroll corrections, final payslips, bonuses, and other special circumstances. Off-cycle payrolls need to be configured for the entity and can be created on an ad-hoc basis from PAC Payroll.
Off-cycles can be created for specific pay groups, or, if running a manual off-cycle, you can select individual employees. Both active and separated employees can be included.
An off-cycle payroll flow is the same as a regular payroll run and is marked with a yellow indicator in front of the off-cycle payroll entry in the payroll listing view.
