Introduction to ESS

ESS is part of the HR Blizz application. ESS is short for Employee Self Service. Users In ESS can view and edit their own data, submit requests, and track their time. ESS is visible to basic employees.

ESS is divided into multiple modules:

  • My information – view and edit employees personal data.
  • Payslips – access, view and download employees payslips.
  • Timesheet – entry time and attendance data.
  • Leaves – submit and review leave requests, view leave balances and manage your team’s leave requests.
  • Benefits – view and approve benefit requests.
  • Organizational chart – view your organizational chart.
  • Documents – view, sign and manage your documents.
  • Help – find how-to articles and get support from our customer support team.
