Excel Download Option for Form 24Q (Q4)

Description:

Introduced an Excel download format for Form 24Q (Q4) to help payroll users review and reconcile data before generating the final TXT file for government portal submission.

The Excel file organizes data into multiple sheets for better readability and validation while maintaining alignment with the existing Q4 TXT structure.

Sheets Included in the Excel File:

  • Deductee – Employee details (Form 24Q Q4 deductee information)

  • Challan – Challan details mapped to Q4 TXT line items

  • Deduction – Deduction details mapped to Q4 TXT line items

  • Salary Details – Salary information mapped to Q4 TXT line items

  • Sec 16 – Section 16 details

  • Chapter VI-A – Chapter VI-A deduction details

Steps to Use:

  1. Go to PAC >> Reports_V2 >> Statutory Reports

  2. Create New Report : Choose Month January to March (Quarter 4) of the Tax Year

  3. Select Excel Format

  4. Click Generate

  5. On Report List, click three dots and select Export.
