My benefit requests
The Benefits Module allows employees to request allowances and benefits that the company provides. To view and make requests, go to the “Benefits” section and click on “My Requests”.
Requests overview
Employees can view all of their requests and their statuses:
- Draft: The request has not been submitted for review yet
- Pending: The request has been submitted but has not been approved yet
- Approved: The request has been approved
- Rejected: The request was rejected by the approver
- Withdrawn: The request was withdrawn from the review
Clicking on a request will provide access to its details.
Making a Request
To create a new request, select the request type from the “New Request” dropdown menu.
From the request modal, choose the item and provide the required information, including the requested amount. Depending on the benefit, you may also need to add additional information and specify the currency. The module will display the total yearly entitlement for the benefit, previously requested amount, remaining amount for the request and remaining balance for the request. If necessary, you can attach a file, which may be required in certain cases.
From the following view, all request details can be seen and additional items can be added. Requests can either be submitted for approval or saved as drafts for later.
Once the request is approved by the approver, the status of the request will change, and the request will move to the “Approved” section on the “Benefits” view.
