For admin
Users with admin access can see all requests submitted in the entity from the Benefits module under Admin -> All requests.
Approving requests
Requests are categorised by their status – submitted, rejected, approved, and draft. Requests can be searched by employee name, and filtered by request type and year of submission.
To see the details of the request and do actions with it, request can be opened by clicking on it. From the details view the request can be approved or rejected.
Requesting benefit on behalf
Admins can request benefits on behalf of the employees on the entity. For that benefit type must be selected from the add button.
From the request modal, choose the employee for who the request is made on behalf of, the item and provide the required information, including the requested amount. The module will display the total yearly entitlement for the benefit, previously requested amount, remaining amount for the request and remaining balance for the request. If necessary, you can attach a file, which may be required in certain cases.
From following view all request details can be seen and additional items can be added. Request made on behalf on somebody can be submitted for approval or approved by the creator.
